Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space with private entrance and parking. Ideal base for a short break to explore Taunton and the surrounding area. Close to the train station, town centre and Somerset County Cricket Ground. Fridge freezer, washer dryer and microwave/oven provided, hairdryer, smart TV WiFi and comfortable furnishings. There are 2 shops (Tesco & One Stop) and a pub/restaurant within a five minute walk and we are about a 5 minute drive from the M5. Dogs may be considered 🐶

The barn is light and airy with a large kitchen diner & living room, king size bedroom, spacious bathroom, walled courtyard and private riverbank. There are mountain bikes and a 2-person canoe for use during your stay. Historic towns, countryside or just a rest by the wood-burning stove awaits you.

It is the perfect base for exploring the area, resting a weary head after a day's work or just some R&R in the countryside! Purpose built annexe. One double bedroom with fitted wardrobes allowing plenty of space, wet-room shower room with WC and basin. Open plan sitting room and kitchen. Taunton sits on the River Tone and hosts the Brewhouse Theatre next to the County Cricket Ground. Taunton is ideally situated to explore the Quantock and Blackdown Hills, with good road and rail links. Main line railway station only 15 minutes walk. Check in is nominally 5pm although I am very flexible on this. Just ask!

Exclusive use of private hot tub. Private garden and bbq area. Set in 12 acres of a grade 2 listed former rectory dating back to 1798. The unique gardens and grounds provide peaceful, colourful, interesting and ever changing setting. Please search YouTube ‘GC gardens’ to appreciate the location.
