This 850 sf. cottage is a century old but was completely updated 12 years ago with era-appropriate furnishings, giving it a period (and safe) feel. Breakfast goodies, art, books, and a woodstove make it cozy. It sits on half an acre so lots of room for kids . It's in SW Portland, minutes from downtown. It's quiet, great for working or vacationing. An outdoor fire pit and gardens make it unique. There's even a zip line for kids. Family gatherings also fine. (Note: There is a $60 fee per dog.)

Conveniently located at the crossroads of HWY 224 and SE Lake Road, our home, cottage and garden are the last remnants of a time gone by and what was once a large family farm. When you walk through the private gate leading to the cottage, you might feel you have stepped through a portal into another time. Everything about the cottage is secluded, peaceful and private. I have a 3 bedroom, 2 full bath house with a family room, dinning area & open kitchen. All bedrooms have queen beds, I also have an air mattress if additional sleep space is needed. All bedrooms have closets, one bedroom has a desk and chair for a work space if needed. There is a yoga space set up in the garage w/ mat and mirrors that you are welcome to use. High speed internet and a fully fenced in back yard with a covered space, table and chairs for relaxing or entertaining.
