Welcoming, very spacious, safe area

We have 4 bed rooms upstairs. Three queen beds, one full bed, one twin bed,one child size jr bed, guest bathroom upstairs and one master queen -bed room with attached full master bath room. Large kitchen with a powder room bathroom off the kitchen and family room , living room and a deck. Driveway parks 4 vehicles. Safe parking on the west side of the street,( across the street from our home). Can not park on the side of the street our home is on.

This south of Grand cottage is less than 5 minutes from downtown, Ingersoll Avenue with plenty of shops, restaurants, live music. Nested in a very quiet, peaceful neighborhood with friendly neighbors. A large backyard backs up to woods. The deck has a gas grill and gas firepit where you can relax and listen to the owls in the evening. The front lawn is enclosed by an antique fence for your pups.
