Lovely studio in Wels center

The apartment for your private use is located in the city center, on the 2nd floor of a townhouse with lift. Their own personal area with the comfort is a wonderful alternative. It has a cozy living area with pull-out couch, as well as a kitchenette with dining area. The bedroom is quiet, equipped with a king-size bed and a floor-to-ceiling built-in wardrobe. A bathroom with tub and a small anteroom complete the furnishings. Apartment is furnished to a high standard and is fully equipped. If they like to cook crockery with WMF and love Villeroy&Boch, you are in the right place for me. Many bars, restaurants and shops are in the immediate vicinity, as well as bus, taxi, theater and cinema. The calculated price includes the local tax. Arrival by train (10min. Walking distance from the train station) or with your car (underground parking in front of the front door, free parking 3 min. Walk). The Blue Danube Airport Linz is a half hour drive, to Vienna and Munich in about two hours. Enjoy life in our lively trade fair city! The house is located in the market town of Stadl-Paura in beautiful Upper Austria. If you would like to relax for a few days, this is the place to be. The terrace and a large garden invite you to relax. Bicycles are also provided to explore the surrounding area. In the immediate vicinity is also the historic horse center Stadl-Paura. By car, you can also get to Traun and Attersee (approx. 30 minutes)

Beautiful old building right in the city center of Wels. 84 m² of living space, very spacious bedroom, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and living room. In the king size bed of 200x200cm there is enough space for two people. In the living room is a sofa and a wing. Calm and traditional farm house flat near highway

Our farm house ("Vierkanthof") is surrounded by fields, meadows and woods. The quaint apartment is absolutely quiet, yet very central (10 minutes to Wels and Grieskirchen, 25 to Linz, 1 hour to Salzburg, 2 hours to Vienna, 5 minutes to the next motorway drive and to Bad Schallerbach). Within walking distance there is the possibility to feed our sheep and chickens.
