Luxury Suite Enjoying Spectacular Sea Views and Sunsets

We have an array of things to do with local cafes, fishing club, kayaking, paddle boarding, golf and tennis clubs, and great walks all on our doorstep. Want to do a day trip to the Wairarapa region we can help. The apartment is totally self contained and has its own private access. It also enjoys its own deck, luxury bathroom and kitchen. A king sized bed is the icing on the cake. We can provide meals as required. We can help you with any travel planning throughout New Zealand - and arrange your itinerary. We can take you on day trips to our local wine region if desired and drop off and pick you up from the central city of tequired. Nothing is too much trouble. If you would like a picnic packed we can do that too. Set in a modest seaside village outside of Wellington, the property is a short walk or drive away from a number of cafes, pubs, and acclaimed fish and chips spots. The beach is just steps away. We are a 25 minute train ride to central Wellington or the kapiti coast. We have kayaks, bikes, fishing gear, paddle board available.

Get away from it all when you stay in our comfortable treehouse hut nestled under a canopy of native Karaka trees with a view of the harbour, right next to one of Wellingtons best beaches. A perfect escape for nature lovers who want to get back to basics and enjoy the tranquility of nature. PLEASE NOTE: There is no bathroom in the hut. A shared shower and toilet is a short walk away down the path. The sleeping space in the hut is a double bed in the loft which may not be ideal for TALL people!

The Tree House is a perfect, off-the-grid retreat for nature lovers, where you can listen to birdsong, see the sunrise from the deck and hear the river flowing in the valley. Two minutes walk and you come to The Watermill Bakery which is open for delicious pizza on Friday evenings. A comfortable, private space with all the essentials. A separate bedroom with queen bed, a large bathroom, sunny kitchen (PLEASE NOTE the oven/stove does not work), dedicated work space with 24 inch screen, and a cosy nook with couch and TV (with Chromecast). An easy walk along the waterfront to the CBD (15-20 mins) as well as Wellington’s many restaurants. A great set up, complete with harbour views from your private deck, if you’re in Wellington for work or a city break.

Our BnB is homely, a little quirky & best suited to those who travel relatively light. Self service breakfast is included. There are 2 spaces (bedroom ± separate kitchen/bathroom) a few steps apart & linked by a covered walkway. The cosy bedroom has a queen size bed, desk for work or eating, good WiFi & comfortable seating. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking & the bathroom has a great shower. The nook outside the bedroom is perfect for a morning coffee.

This self-contained 3rd story flat is best suited for a single person or couple but can sleep up to four with a sofa bed in the living area.
