This cute 1930’s home has the perfect downtown Trenton location! It is right by the park and walkable to downtown Trenton. There are several restaurants, ice cream shops, and local shopping. The park is a 1.1 mile loop where people fish, bike, walk, cruise, & bring their families to BBQ and play at the kids park. It also features a skate park! There is also a paved walking trail that will take you all the way down near the Lake Erie Metropark. It’s fun in the summer and cozy in the winter!

Beautiful and private backyard looking out at picturesque water views. Has a private dock to pull your boat up to. There is a marina, as well as a public boat launch less than 5 minutes away and Lake Erie is only a 10-minute boat ride from the house. You can also access the Huron River using kayaks within 5 minutes from our dock. The backyard has a patio and a built-in fire pit with a hot tub to enjoy both summer and winter nights with gorgeous sunsets over the water as your backdrop.

You will have access to 3 private boat docks that are located 60 feet behind the house. The canal provides you access to Lake St Clair and the Detroit River. The house has been totally remodeled and has a modern look and feel.
