Pet friendly, however there is a pet fee. If you wish to bring a pet, please message Lynn about the number of pets and what kind before you book. The room is located directly under the house. It is an apartment. The shower is located directly outside of the room and is enclosed. There is a path to the beach at the end of my street. This room is great for couples or friends. It’s a great place to kick back and chill. Walking distance to restaurants, beach, sound, and bike/walking path on the hwy.

This is a perfect spot for fishing, relaxing, kitesurfing, surfing, and beach activities! The neighborhood is relaxing and quiet, and the beach, pool, and tennis court are nearby. Constructed in 2022, this comfortable home is the perfect place for a carefree getaway. It's just a few minutes walk to the beach. Also, walk to Waves Market. They have a great beer/wine selection, an amazing deli, and plenty of groceries to assemble a meal.
