Ocean Sonnet is a 3rd floor room with a Queen bed, private bath with Jacuzzi tub, and an ocean view (does not have A/C). No pets allowed. "The sound of the surf lulls you to sleep." The Blue Dory Inn sits at the head of the famous Crescent Beach and is only a short walking distance to the ferry, fine restaurants and Island shops. Our Block Island bed and breakfast will ensure your vacation to be stress-free and delightful. Join us in the eat-in kitchen for a delicious complimentary New England breakfast. Then take a towel and chair and follow the short path from our back door right down to Crescent beach, with its miles of unspoiled beauty. After a day at the beach, relax in the Blue Dory parlor where wine, hors d'oeuvres and our famous Block Island Barnacle cookies are served every afternoon. The Blue Dory has a lengthy history of a resident feline; our newest addition is the snuggly and infinitely entertaining little Simon.

Pure 02882. Walk to the beach in minutes. Check the waves from the bathroom window. Use it as a home base for the Philharmonic, the crash pad for the destination wedding for extended family or a chill few days at the beach. Wander back along the beach from a late night at Coast Guard. And just live in an unpretentious oasis. It’s not fancy, it’s a really great spot with parking for at least 6 cars within a Roger Clemens’ stones throw from the beach.
