Completely newly renovated, 650-year-old old town apartment, just a 5-minute walk from the city center in an absolute quiet location in the beautiful Wehrgraben right next to the Steyr River. Are you looking for peace and nature? My accommodation is located on the edge of the forest in a secluded location on the edge of the Kalkalpen National Park near the Höss and Wurzeralm ski areas and in the middle of the most beautiful hiking trails. You'll love the view, location, and surroundings. My place is great for couples, solo adventurers, and families with kids. A wealth of leisure activities as well as a hood restaurant in the village offer the right thing for everyone.

Surrounded by 2 hectares of meadow, 1 ha of forest, a place for retreat, for family holidays, for "Just being in Hollenstein". Bathing, tennis, cycling (Ybbstag bike path right outside the door), hiking, skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and tobogganing directly at the house if the snow allows! 3 km from the center of Hollenstein, very good infrastructure.
