Tiny Home (1 of 2 guest houses) on a private 13 acres in a small equestrian town. Away from the main house, so it is private, but not isolated. Ideal for 2 guests, but there is a pull-out sofa which could be comfortable for one more adult or a couple younger kids. (Some have mentioned it is not so comfy for grown-ups.) Not suitable for 4-legged travelers. (If dates you want are unavailable, search for Mira Bella South) I've included MANY photos so you can see exactly what the space is like :)

Only 18 miles to MCO-Orlando International Airport. Great shopping within 3 miles. Location is secluded with large trees, lakeside, and adjacent to the commuter train track. The train runs by on regular basis. Please note in the pictures the pool creates the ambiance to make your stay complete.

This ferrocement boat was made in Sweden in 1973. That’s right! It’s made of concrete! The boat circumnavigated the globe twice before eventually ending up here in sunny Sanford FL. We spent 2 years completely renovating everything and tried to leave as much of the boat’s original personality intact while adding modern amenities. This perfect St Johns River house has a dock and boat slip on the river, then also has an additional dock with boat parking on the canal on the other side of the house. A nice deck with a jacuzzi that you can relax in next to the river. Enjoy the sunset or go fishing right off the dock. Bring your boat and take a ride to Silver Glen Springs. Beaches and Daytona speedway are a 40 minute drive. Disney, Universal, and Sea World are just over an hour away.
