CITRA code 011022-LT-0083. Experience the thrill of staying in a bright house from the 1600s, in the heart of a village a few meters from the sea. Have fun finding all the details of the marine world in the rooms, then go out to the terrace and see the blue of the waters yourself. On the first floor there is a living/dining room with sofa bed, kitchen, bathroom and terrace overlooking the sea. On the floor below, a double bedroom and a second bathroom. The house is the ideal solution for a couple without or with children who, thanks to the double services and the double sofa bed of the living room, can find a comfortable accommodation. The house is accessible via a short ramp of about ten steps. I live within walking distance of Alice's House and am available for any inquiries or information. Discover the truest Liguria by immersing yourself in the life of a small fishing village a few kilometers from Portovenere and the Cinque Terre, taste the gastronomic specialties of the Gulf of Poets, then enjoy the nearby beach and enjoy moments of pure relaxation by the sea. Fezzano is located in half of the Provincial Road that connects La Spezia to Portovenere on a route of about 15 km. and is connected to these two locations by public transport that transit every halfhour or so. From Fezzano, via La Spezia, the Cinque Terre, the Cinque Terre, Lerici and the other towns of the Gulf of Poets are easily reachable by car or public transport. A few highway toll booths are just a short distance away on the A12 motorway, you can reach Sarzana, Forte dei Marmi and Versilia, Portofino. In the village, an autosilo was recently built with about 100 parking spaces for a fee (nightly rate €10.00). At the usual price, a private garage is available adjacent to Alice's House. beautifull detached former country

We had a fantastic stay in this wonderful house. The house is located in a small car free village. The view is magnificent and the place is very quiet, perfect to recharge your batteries. The hosts were wonderful. We asked for internet access and it was installed just in time for our stay. We had a few minor problems with hot water at the beginning of our stay but it was fixed very timely and efficiently (within 4 hours). The house is very clean and you have all the amenities you could wish for.

Gioviano is a small quiet medieval village 25 kms from the walled city of Lucca in the Garfagnana. The house is peacful and in the heart of this beautiful Tuscan village, if you want to explore the region this is a perfect retreat for a weekend or longer. We are 50 minutes from Pisa airport on the SS12 route. The location is perfect for summer or winter. In summer you can reach the sea, in winter ski in the hills. All year round you can explore the region by foot, bicycle, motorcycle or car.

'The Arches' is a beautiful, traditional Garfagnana home. The building is around 500 years old, and is thought to be at the very heart of the original Cardoso, with the village growing around this centre over the next few centuries. Recently restored, the house has many original features, including wooden beams, terracotta tiles and its two distinctive arches. Quality features complement this history in the form of two modern bathrooms, central heating and a contemporary kitchen.

The property is located on top of a very panoramic hill, near the medieval village of Sillico where is located also a very good restaurant. Perfect accommodation for romantic couples, families with children with their dogs. The house is a rustic stone and wood in the Apiuane Alps park, an ideal place for those who want to hike and get to know and frequent the attractions of Versilia and Tuscany between sea and mountains . The house consists of a full kitchen and as heating it has a wood-burning stove or heat pumps, a double sofa bed, and on the second floor the full room with bed and full bathroom with shower, etc., then a mezzanine with a single bed.
