's-Ochtends apfelstrudel op een alpenweide, 's middags wandelen, raften of mountainbiken in het Sloveense Kransjka Gora, en 's-avonds pizza, pasta of regionale gerechten in Italië. Thuis genieten van tuin, terras en balkon op het zuiden, rondom uitzicht op bergen, een barrelsauna, hot/cold tub en vuurplaats.

Ideally situated in a healthy mountain area with pure mountain water and lots of sunshine. In summer with a warm Mediterranean climate, but with nice cool mountain nights: good sleep. The Forsthaus Gradisch was renovated to the highest standard in 2022. Short travel times to the Carinthian ski resorts: Gerlitzen 20 minutes; Bad Kleinkirchheim 25 minutes; Turracherhöhe 35 minutes and Lake Wörthersee and Ossiachersee each 15 minutes. The 50 m ² pine parlor with bar and wine cooler, a library with games table and a large TV room as well as the ecologically heated pool, a small sauna, designer kitchen and pool table are the highlights of this exceptional house.

Casa Drei Girls - Summer & Winter

Family fun in this stylish home with private heated pool and in winter max 30 minutes from several ski resorts. Our vacation home is located at the bottom of the border triangle Austria, Italy and Slovenia. This allows you to enjoy the good that these three countries offer. Our house has a living room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, garden, balcony and heated pool in late April to mid-October. In winter we have 2 lockers at the slopes exclusively for our guests.

The lake can be reached on foot on a shaded path in 5 minutes. There you will find two free outdoor pools in the municipality and invite you to swim.
