Nice apartment tastefully decorated by @OMSTYLE HOME of 38m2 + 6m2 terrace. 3rd floor with elevator without opposite. Very quiet, bedroom and living room overlooking terrace SEA VIEW and greenery. Very close to the train station and the port, a supermarket and other shops, 100 m from the Thalasso, the beach of the source and the beautiful customs way. In the Nantais vineyard, our cottage accommodates a maximum of 4 people (child from 5 years old) in a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Parties strictly forbidden. It is 1 studio, adjoining our house, with 2 beds in attic mezzanine and a Rapido convertible into a bed in the living room. Private terrace to the east; access to 1 part of the garden to the west. Direct access to shared pool of 12.50 m x 4m covered heated. 8am to 10pm. Preferred RESAS per week for school holidays.
