We are 950 meters from one of the most beautiful beaches on the Island, close to Penha, just before the village of Barra do Gil and on the right side of the highway, from those arriving by ferry. Walk 12 minutes and enjoy the blue-green sea of warm waters. See the map with the route between the house and the beach in the photo gallery. The recently renovated house was built on ample, walled terrain, surrounded by balconies. The street is quiet and two steps from the bustle of the village of Barra do Gil.

I am inserted in one of the best cond. of the Island of Itaparica, with all the security and leisure infrastructure. Wonderful beach for bathing and water sports practice, we have a promenade for walking by the sea, children playground, kiosk and football pitch. I have 3 comfortable accommodations, 01 master suite and qrto with bath. in the house and attached + one suite. Pool, full gourmet area and for your greatest comfort a balcony with hammock for you to take that nap or chat !!!!
