Great for workers and transient travelers. Axe Epinal - Vittel and Contrexeville , an hour from the Vosges mountains and ski slopes. Small renovated house with fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor - seating area as well as a bathroom with corner bath and toilet. Upstairs a mezzanine and two bedrooms. Heating at the Pellet and electric upstairs. Parking that can accommodate 3 cars in front of the house + motorhome or van . garden available with a table and 4 chairs .
