Small cozy summerhouse 60 m2 about 200 meters from the beach in the lovely Faldsled area, short distance to Svanninge Bakker and Faaborg city. It has lovely views from the living room and terrace of meadow area and peek to the water. The house is bright and lovely, contains kitchen, living room, small toilet w/shower, 1 small bedroom with double box spring (160x200), narrow staircase up to loft with double mattress and small room with 2 beds (80x190) for children. Fireplace wood-burning stove. Lovely terrace, there is a barbecue, sun loungers and outdoor furniture.

Here, a newly renovated apartment is rented on the 1st floor — near Svendborg Centrum, the Archipelago Trail and much more. The apartment has its own entrance, small kitchen, dining area and living room with sea view, 2 x double bedrooms, WC & bath. Possibility of bedding in living room. On the south-facing terrace overlooking the strait there is also the possibility to sit outside and possibly light up the grill. Note: We have a dog (peaceful labrador) on the ground floor.

On South Funen close to Svendborg, lies this large one-bedroom apartment, which is perfect for the nuclear family with 2 adults and 2 children. For the apartment there is an alternative room divider, which separates the bedroom from the kitchen room. The apartment is located in scenic surroundings, which among other things offer cozy walks on the Archipelago Trail. In addition, there are good opportunities for public transport to both Nyborg and Svendborg. The rental is located about 100m from shopping opportunities and about 5 km to the beach.

Sleep well. Cozy in the most beautiful enclosed garden.

Billing house in small Lejbølle town with the sweetest neighbors. New appliances; The fridge, dishwasher and stove are SMEG and the washer and dryer is MIELE. 3 wood-burning stoves for the coziness there are no heat sources. Behind the garden is closed, barbecue, fire pit and old smithy iron stove. There are games and music facilities (AUX plug Iphone is there). The house has 55” flat screen and wifi, all beds are Horse beds, minimum Superior. I have several houses in Langeland but this is unconditionally the nicest.

180 graders havudsigt - Full sea view - Meerblick

I vil elske min bolig på grund af udsigten til vandet fra alle rum og kæmpeterrassen, hvorfra I kikker ned på den lille strand med bålsted. I vil også nyde at grille mens I nyder udsigten over vandet, og med den nye havestue har I fået et ekstra rum på hele 35 m2. Med opredninger (ekstra betaling) kan I være 6 gæster i tre separate værelser. For lystfiskere er det bare på med vaders og direkte ud i vandet - ørrederne står lige uden for huset. I er tæt på bageren og Thurøs eneste spisested.

Unique 30m2 Tiny House by the lake.

Cozy annexe, situated beautifully at Ollerup lake. The annex was built in 2021 with raw brick walls and wooden ceilings, which gives a very special atmosphere. There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. Sommerhus direkte til vandet. Idyllisk lille sommerhus på 15 m2 beliggende på 900 m2 ugeneret grund. Huset ligger ved skønne Elsehoved 3 km syd for Lundeborg, og med både skov og vand som nabo. Huset er velindrettet med seperat toilet. Vær opmærksom på at der kun er bruser udenfor. Denne er med afskærmning samt varmt vand. Der er bålsted med tilhørende gryder og pande. Desuden 2 havkajakker samt SUP boards til fri afbenyttelse. Sengen er en sovesofa med mulighed for at benytte topmadras.

Sunny apartment in an charming old house situated in a protected area-2 km from castle, town, beach and forest. The house lies on a smal road with some traffic. The front garden, leading to the inlet, is across this smal road. Here you find your own private part of the garden with table and chairs and a view of the inlet. You also have table and chairs close by the house. In the new kitchen the guests make their own breakfast. The place can be booked longer term at a lower price.

Self-contained, newly renovated and very special accommodation: Living room, kitchen, bathroom and loft. Sleeps 5 up to 5. Located overlooking fields and forest and at the same time absolutely central on Funen. It is 5 min by car (10 by bike) to the cosy village of Årslev-Sdr.Nå with baker, supermarket (s) and some absolutely fantastic bathing lakes. There are extensive nature trail systems in the area and the opportunity to fish in put 'n take lakes.
