Beautiful house at Vänern beach on Hammarö

New cottage located 50 meters from the shore of Lake Friend. Kitchen section with fridge, pour, microwave, fully equipped with porcelain, (no oven). Small living room with sofa, coffee table and TV. Bedroom with double bed, bedroom with bunk bed, loft with double bed and a single bed. Private bathroom with shower and vc. Air heat pump! Self outdoor seating area with furniture and barbeque. Possibility to rent wood-fired sauna at an extra cost. The cottage is 40 sqm + the loft. Not so big but nice! Happy if the cottage is left tidy, clean and tidy! Welcome!

Cozy apartment in basement with own private entrance. All bed linens, towels and cleaning are included. 2.5 km from Karlstad city center, 200 meters to bus. Within 5 minutes walk there is a beach, shops, restaurants and nice green areas. Great communication to KAU, Färjestad's racetrack and Löfbergs Lila Arena. In the apartment there is a double bed, TV, table with chairs and kitchenette with fridge, freezer compartment, hot plates and kitchen equipment. Bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. Parking is free, and wifi is available.

Charming little cottage with its own patio in courtyard with rural feel. Barbecue is available to borrow. En suite bathroom and possibility to cook easier. Nice double bed, a smaller sofa bed and a floor mattress. Wifi included. Quiet cozy residential area. Walking distance to nature, swimming, large playground and Skoghall C with, among other things, shops and restaurants. Large property with apple, plums and berry bushes. Close to residential building. For rent per night or weekly. The closest grocery store is in Skattkärr, Karlstad or Kristinehamn. Basic items are available at the gas station, OKQ8, in Väse. They are open until 11 pm on weeknights and until 10 pm during the weekend. They also have a serving. Inside Väse you will find Räven Bistro, pizzeria and restaurant.

Welcome to quiet Råtorp. Located about 3 km from Karlstad city center. The residence is located on the ground floor with its own entrance. 160 cm bed is available as well as a sofa bed with two seats each. Bus stop is with 1-2 minutes walking distance from the property that takes you into town in 7 minutes. The bus route also runs all the way up to Karlstad University. With a 15 minutes walk across the new bridge you can easily get to Löfberg's purple arena. The property has a free parking lot and wifi.

Nice Cabin 6 people with outdoor spa and peaceful location.

Own small cottage of 52m2 + 25m2 loft and large terrace with outdoor hot tub for 6 people. Very modern and nice accommodation for himself with the host in his own house on the plot. Private parking space with space for 3 cars. Directly adjacent to the friend and 12km by car to the main square Karlstad. Small oak with electric motor is available if desired. If you have your own boat, you can leave it at the jetty. In summer, you can borrow a smaller boat with an electric motor (see picture)
