Nice apartment in own house in central Västerås

This nice apartment in a turn-of-the-century house is 10 minutes walking distance to Västerås city and 15 minutes to the train station and Mälaren and Mälardalen University. 300 meters to the grocery store, 50 meters to the bus stop. Free parking included. The apartment has on the lower level one bedroom with 140 cm bed, bathroom with shower and washing machine and dryer. On the upper floor is a large kitchen with kitchen sofa, table and four chairs and toilet and large living room with armchairs and TV as well as sofa bed 140 cm wide.

Electric charging point is available to use at an additional cost. It is located in a nice and quiet area with proximity to nature; i.e., water, lake, beach bathing, the forest with nice walking paths, restaurants, cafes and golf.

Large pleasant house with large garden o parking

Our family-owned large nice house is often empty so we would like to give holidaying, working or passing through opportunity to live our nice house. Wonderful garden, private and of course free parking, time typical and fully equipped kitchen, large living room with TV and dining area, three bedrooms. Four sleeping places but up to six can stay at the same time in the house if one person sleeps on the sofa and two people sleep together in a 120 cm bed. The bathroom has a bath and a newly installed toilet seat.

A nice villa in Östermalm in a nice and calm area. The house has a nice yard and glazed patio. On the grounds, a private jacuzzi is always available for a hot tub. Guests have easy access to everything from this centrally located property. Soccer field, tennis and golf as well as ICA, Willys and LIDL at walking distance. Easy to get into City via bus or bike. Parking is available on site. Rental of half the house with resident is an option, write me for deals.

Relax with whole family just an hour's drive from Stockholm. The Villa is located on Road 70. The Villa is built in 1954. It has 3 bedrooms, ample of parking space & a big garage to use. The 100 kmph road ends 200 meters from the Villa and it is a perfect pit-stop on your way to your ski holidays towards the north. The location is a small village called Fjärdhundra and there are is quiet some Viking History places to visit around.
