New cottage located 50 meters from the shore of Lake Friend. Kitchen section with fridge, pour, microwave, fully equipped with porcelain, (no oven). Small living room with sofa, coffee table and TV. Bedroom with double bed, bedroom with bunk bed, loft with double bed and a single bed. Private bathroom with shower and vc. Air heat pump! Self outdoor seating area with furniture and barbeque. Possibility to rent wood-fired sauna at an extra cost. The cottage is 40 sqm + the loft. Not so big but nice! Happy if the cottage is left tidy, clean and tidy! Welcome!

Wonderful year-round accommodation. Close to nature with wildlife, forest walks and silence. You'll love our place because of the neighborhood and the outside space. Our accommodation is suitable for couples, solo travelers, business travelers, and families (with kids). Car is needed because there is no public transport. Nearest grocery store Edane, 10 km. Bank,post office,train station and pizzeria are in Edane, to the city of Arvika 25 km. A short forest walk from the accommodation to Lake Värmeln. Close to Arvika golf course, an 18 hole course.

You can just relax on site or go on Finnskogen's hiking trails, go cross-country skiing in the middle of summer in the ski tunnel in Torsby, about 40 min to 2 ski resorts ( Hovfjället and Ski Sunne), We use the cottage a lot ourselves so please contact me before booking!!! Welcome to our cozy cottage located on our farm in village 4 km north of Sunne. The cottage has 2 single beds and 1 sofa bed of 140 cm. TV and wifi. Dining area, kitchenette with sink, cupboard, coffee maker, microwave, stove. Refrigerator and freezer are also available. Bathroom with toilet and shower and sauna in connection. Veranda southbound. Three minutes walk to the pier by Lake Fryken where you can swim. Distance: Ski Sunne 14 km, Sommarland 6 km, Mårbacka 15 km, Rottneros Park 8.5 km, Theatre 8.5 km, Sunne golf course 8 km.

Cabin with large undisturbed patio facing south. A home where you take care of yourself and can enjoy the tranquility and nice views. Good lake system for SUP or boat and excellent hiking opportunities in the forests around. Fully equipped cottage where you can fire in the fireplace inside or light a fire at the barbecue area outside. For the greatest nature experience you can use the boat that included. Free wifi, hot tub, 3 meters from water, quiet and nice, close to nature, dishwasher, washing machine, terrace, private parking, shower and toilet, fireplace, floor heating and everything is newly renovated in 2020. Bed linen and towels should be brought yourself. Cleaning should be done before checking out and should be thoroughly done eg vacuum, dry the floors, dust-dry bathrooms and kitchens. You leave the house as it was when you arrived. Rowing boat is included in the cabin. You need to clean the house before you leave.

Own small cottage of 52m2 + 25m2 loft and large terrace with outdoor hot tub for 6 people. Very modern and nice accommodation for himself with the host in his own house on the plot. Private parking space with space for 3 cars. Directly adjacent to the friend and 12km by car to the main square Karlstad. Small oak with electric motor is available if desired. If you have your own boat, you can leave it at the jetty. In summer, you can borrow a smaller boat with an electric motor (see picture)
