Studio 2 to 4 people on the 1st line (seafront), 28 m², bright, quiet, on the ground floor of a small house from the 60s. Covered terrace of 35 m² directly overlooking the sand (sea 50 meters away but dune view in front). Ceiling at 1.95 meters (6ft 5in). Total independence and deep cleaning between each guest. My place is less than 100 meters from the beach. Sea views are exceptional from the spacious south-facing terrace with a large electric blind. You will love my place because of its ideal location very close to the shops and restaurants of the city center and yet quiet. An upstairs bedroom sleeps 3. A click in the living room allows 2 extra beds. The bathroom and toilet are separate. There are 2 sun loungers.
