The apartment is located in a new building created in 2022 with 3 vacation units in the immediate vicinity of the Gelateria of Gordevio. If that's not a seduction...... Since the apartment is located directly on the main road, it is unfortunately a bit noisy on the balcony.

The swimming pool is open only in the summer time. Otherwise it is covered with a tarp.

The apartment is in a house of the 1800s that over the years has been renovated. It is a typical accommodation, equipped with a wood stove, the floors as the ceilings are made of wood. To access the bathroom there is a staircase. Separate entrance, garden with BBQ and pergola for grilling, the laundry room is shared with the other two apartments. There are public transport stops a minute's walk away. Pets are welcome, please notify your furry friend when booking.
