Located on the southern flank of the Sierra Nevada, halfway between the coast and Granada with the Alhambra (both just 20 minutes by car), there is a wonderful microclimate. This is an ideal destination if you want to relax in the mountains, the city and by the sea during your vacation or workation.

Beautifully located a 2 minute walk from the Rio Genil river and Canales Lake and a 10 minute walk or 5 minute drive from the nice mountain village of Guejar Sierra, the house makes a great base for exploring the highly variable local area at all times of year. 30mins drive to the ski resort or Granada city and 1hrs drive to the beach.

Casa Sirena is 600m from Beznar Lake. The Valle de Lecrin, or The valley of happiness, is a unique area of outstanding natural beauty surrounding Beznar Lake. The Valley is half way between Granada and the Costa Tropical. Lanjaron the gateway to the Alpujarra is a ten minute drive. One can explore beautiful Granada in the morning and be on the Costa Tropical by siesta time. Both are 25 minutes drive from Beznar. The Sierra Navada Ski Resort is a fifty minute drive.
