Cozy apartment, next to "Boboli" for book and music lovers

Explore the vast cultural offerings here: art, music, history, musical instruments, paintings, and prints. All in an extremely welcoming atmosphere. It will be your retreat for moments of intense excitement. The apartment is on the second floor, with the elevator, of a new building. It is very bright, it consists of a spacious entrance with wall closet, a large living room with kitchenette and a bathroom with large shower . In the living room there is a comfortable double bed that can be transformed into a sofa bed and an armchair bed. The apartment is furnished in a functional and elegant way, as shown in the photographs attached. Guests who love music and reading are offered a rich choice of books of various kinds (including tour guides and art books), vinyl records and CDs of classical, jazz, and "light" music. The apartment is fully equipped with stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, toaster, electric coffee maker, juicer, iron, ironing board, clothes dryer, hair dryer, kettle and vacuum cleaner. Equipped with air conditioning , heating and condominium hot water, it has a free high-speed WI-FI connection, a large television and a vinyl and CD disc player. Guests can use the entire apartment without limitation. For my part, my friend Jan and other trusted people there will be a great willingness to encourage your stay in Florence as much as possible. The apartment is located near the Boboli Gardens, which can be crossed on foot until you reach Palazzo Pitti, near the Ponte Vecchio. Nearby are grocery stores, wine bars, restaurants and pizzerias. Just outside the house is the bus stop nn.36/37 to Santa Maria Novella Station and the city center. At the beginning of Via Romana there is another stop with several buses including the No. 11 that goes to the center. In addition, in Piazza di Porta Romana there is both taxi parking and a "very direct" bus stop to Siena. The tourist tax, requested by the Municipality of Florence, of 2.50 Euro, per person for each night (for a maximum of seven nights, excluding children under 12 years) is included in the price of the apartment. The price of the apartment as already specified, includes the initial linen for the house, towels and sheets. For check-in after 20:00 there is an extra contribution of 10 Euro upon arrival and after 22:00 of 15 Euro. As for the personal documents, identity card or passport, requested by the Florence Police Headquarters, it is preferable to send the data ( the document number, the place and date of issue and the expiry date) by email at the time of acceptance of your reservation. Of course you will also have to send your names, places of residence, and the dates of birth of all the people who will be hosted. Check-out is by 11:00, unless otherwise agreed in case of special needs Before leaving, please dispose of all garbage (the recycling bins are close to the apartment), turn off the air conditioning or heating, close all windows and leave the keys on the entrance shelf. The warmth of a nest just steps from Ponte Vecchio

My husband and I have lived in the house for eight years, a great love binds us to this space and in making it available to our future guests we hope it will be their "home" during their stay in Florence. You can make use of a well-equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, fridge, espresso machine, kettle with a selection of teas and herbal teas, toaster and the necessary to cook (salt, pepper, oil, etc.). In the bathroom you will find products for the biological care of the person you can use depending on your needs but with attention to sharing with others. Staying in the Florentine Oltrarno means being in a privileged position to discover the wonders of the city, enjoy the wide choice of restaurants, characteristic clubs and shops and, above all, to grasp the true florentine spirit.
