Fully renovated studio apartment near the beach

Spacious, fully renovated studio apartment with a custom-built, fully functional new kitchen and bathroom. The apartment has a sunny balcony to lounge on. The local shop is just up the street and the beach is a 20-minute stroll or a bus stop away. When we started renovating this apartment, we decided to turn it into a studio apartment with a custom-built, queen-size Murphy bed. The bed can easily be put away, creating more space during the day. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space.

The apartment is a part of the a family house with separate entrance. It's located in Fažana(Pula). It's surrounded by beautiful garden, where is a porch with barbecue facilities, sink, table and chairs. This is the place where our guests usually stay during the day. Free private parking is available on site. The beach is only 200 meters from the apartment. (4 km long, natural, small pebbles, family friendly).Shops, restaurants, town center, post office, bank, pharmacy all located nearby.

Lovely apartment with a perfect location

Your family will be close to everything when you live in this centrally located accommodation. This is a newly renovated accommodation with one of Fazana's best locations. The sea/beach, you have a few meters in front of you, you will also find the fazana playground a few steps away from the apartment, there is also a small outdoor gym that is for the public. Outside is the promenade that leads towards the center of Fazana, where there is plenty of different restaurant options.

It is very suitable for young children and pets.
