The apartment has a garage, very convenient especially in winter! Montgenèvre and Italy are 13 km away!

The apartment is on the ground floor facing south, next to the Vauban City 5 minutes walk from the shops. The sunny apartment is very quiet with a large garden and a beautiful wooden terrace. It is functional and charming. This apartment is ideal for a couple. We are served by public transport (TGV shuttle stop and urban bus stop 3 minutes away. Our green garden is relaxing. We offer a parking space exclusively reserved for the apartment.
