The holiday home is located in Prora (near Baltic Sea resort Binz). The apartment is about 42m2 in size and maximum for a family with a larger child or an infant or max. 3 adults suitable. One bedroom, living room with kitchen and a bath is available. Parking space for CARS in the carport (for a fee), separate sitting area with BBQ. To the beach about 5 minutes walk. The apartment was newly furnished and renovated in early 2015. In the fall of 2017 and in the fall of 2018 and 2020, there was a partial modernization.

Perhaps best location in Szczecin! The apartment is located directly next to the Pomeranian Castle with 2 minute walk to the heart of the Old Town, 3 minute walk to the Bulwary promenade and 5 minute walk to Waly Chrobrego as well as city center. Very unique two-level apartment with living room, kitchen and half bathroom on the top and the bedroom with full bathroom on the bottom. Thanks to the convertible sofa, it provides sleeping arrangement for 4. Spacious and comfortable. Free parking!!

Penthouse in the walking street area, with sunny southern terrace. Stylishly furnished, newly renovated and absolutely lovely apartment with lift. As nice as it gets in Szczecin. NOTE: Currently (september 2024), the area has construction work both in the backyard and the next door building.
