The apartment has a floor area of approx. 50m2. In the apartment there is a small and a slightly larger bathroom bathroom, each with a shower and toilet. In the larger one is a washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, fridge and freezer, as well as a dishwasher and a dining area for 4 people. In the living room there is a sofa bed and a TV. WiFi is available. The house is located about 20 m above the village of Haslbrunn in a secluded location.

Welcome to our 2022 freshly renovated holiday apartment on the outskirts of Wasmuthhausen! In a rural atmosphere you can relax, hike, take bike rides and much more. On the upper floor there is 1 large sleeping area with a cozy sleeping alcove. In the basement you will find the open kitchen, living and dining area with fireplace, as well as the bathroom with walk-in shower. Breakfast eggs are provided directly from the farm. Bed linen at extra cost upon request. Towels included.

Our cozy, light-flooded and modern apartment is located in the countryside exactly between Bamberg and Coburg - two very worth seeing cities in France. Our farm is a real oasis of well-being surrounded by forest and vast fields, also some lakes are within walking distance. There are great hiking trails and bike rides in the Hassbergen with us. An absolute place to arrive and feel good and an ideal starting point for day trips such as a UNESCO World Heritage Site Bamberg.

Our family-run farm offers you and your beloved animals the opportunity to vacation together. Horses are accommodated in open places directly at the house. All other four-legged friends are also well taken care of. Right outside our door, the Jakosweg passes by. 500 m you are in the forest. Sandbox as well as the enclosure with donkeys make children's hearts beat faster. Of course, anyone who just wants to relax and enjoy nature is also very welcome.
