You can use the whole house, it has a living room, kitchen and toilet. Two bedrooms have queen beds and extra duvets for up to 6 people. There are basic kitchen appliances and tableware. Parking is available on or around the first floor of the building. Dong-gu and Buk-gu are both close, so you can enjoy nearby Jeonju Mongdol Beach, Jeongja Beach, Ilsan Beach, and various other tourist attractions.
