Parking is available on or around the first floor of the building. Dong-gu and Buk-gu are both close, so you can enjoy nearby Jeonju Mongdol Beach, Jeongja Beach, Ilsan Beach, and various other tourist attractions. "This is a small country house in front of Gangdong Beach, Jeongjang-gu, Ulsan. The building has a 17-pyeong yard of 100 pyeong, and there is a small garden and a small garden decorated with various types of trees.
