This accommodation is the perfect place to unwind during your stay After entering through main gate proceed to your Air BnB entrance and private area, onto the partly covered deck which has outdoor table and chairs Gas BBQ and Gas Ring for cooking Enter door to your accommodation. Fully ducted air conditioning and ceiling fans queen size bed. Kitchenette has a bar fridge microwave toaster jug hot plate coffee machine washing machine sink cutlery plates cups glasses. Spa Bath Iron and Ironing Board Hair Dryer Toiletries WiFi TV Netflix You Tube Private Entrance The main bedroom has a queen size bed with built in wardrobe and the sitting room has a sofa bed for an extra guest or small children. Your own private deck with BBQ and gas ring for cooking Fry pan and saucepan supplied outdoor seating area. Ducted Air conditioning to all rooms as well as ceiling fans in the bedroom and sitting room. The Kitchenette/laundry contains a bar fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, front loader washing machine and sink ( detergent supplied) Basic Breakfast first morning of toast, coffee, tea, milk provided as well as condiments and all plates, cutlery, glasses etc and BBQ equipment. Free WIFI Your furry friend must be outside at all times We provide the following Dog Kennel with bed (or you can bring your own ) Food and Drink bowls Doggie bags for clean up The yard for your dog is grassed, fully fenced and secure. We will consider any request for inside for your furry friend if they meet our stringent House rules. MUST Request before BOOKING Other facilities include ironing board and iron Hairdryer. You will have complete private access to your space and outdoor area. We are happy to have a chat or leave you to do your own thing. Your choice. Relax and unwind in the evenings in this comfy abode, enjoying a glass of bubbles whilst watching the sun set. Brand New!!! Come and enjoy the privacy and seclusion of our apartment. The apartment has been custom built on our property and is the one and only apartment. We are located in the golden triangle of Alexandra Headland up on the hill and the apartment has been built to ensure capturing of the ocean breezes and views. Close to Alexandra Headland, Mooloolaba, Cotton Tree and Maroochydore. There are numerous coffee shops, cafes, restaurants and bars within easy walking distance or a short drive. It is a great central place to begin to explore the Sunshine Coast. We do not provide breakfast however there is tea and coffee making facilities, a toaster, a sandwich press, a microwave and fridge so you can make your own easy meals. NOTE: there is no cooktop available. The apartment is all yours! There is an outdoor shower available downstairs so that you can rinse off after the beach. There is lots of street parking available, usually just across the road. As the apartment is located at the back of our property it is extremely private, however we are here if you need assistance or local advice. The home is set in Alexandra Headland in the middle of the Sunshine Coast and a short walk from wonderful beaches, surf clubs and sunny cafes. Within walking distance to Mooloolaba, Maroochydore and Cotton Tree where you can enjoy more beaches, restaurants and charming shops. Getting around by car is easy. There are buses nearby which run regularly and will transport you anywhere on the coast from Caloundra to Noosa. There is a shuttle service from the local Sunshine Coast Airport (20 mins) and also from the Brisbane International airport (approx 1 hr). Taxis (Suncoast Cabs) and Uber are also available.

An 18 hole Golf course runs through the resort. This is a perfect Sunshine Coast getaway for the whole family. All linen and towels are provided. Sit on the deck and watch the world go by. The Sunshine Coast airport is a few minutes drive, Sunshine Plaza is a 15 minute drive, there are however local shops for provisions. Set within Twin Waters Resort, the apartment is set beside the Maroochy River. It's steps away from a golf course and a beach, as well as a conservation area.
