The penthouse is on the 3rd floor of the family home,it is very comfortable and intimate,the rooms are spacious,clean and bright. You can enjoy a private outdoor terrace of about 70 meters. It is new and its decoration is rural; it has a ceramic stove,washing machine, refrigerator, microwave oven, blender, iron, hair dryer,fan, clothesline, wifi, umbrella and sunshade for the beach and PARABòLICA ANTENNA. It has a lot of natural light in addition to good ventilation in all rooms. Free parking spaces.

Beautiful, Relaxing Forest Villa

Beautiful Villa with a covered pool surrounded by spectacular views of mountains,forests and the sea. The house is extremely private/tranquil sitting on a promontory within 8000 square meters of its own forest. With easy access to the whole island, north and south, there are several beaches within 15 to 25 minutes comfortable driving on local roads with some spectacular views around the island of Tenerife. There also happens to be some interesting walking routes through the village and forests.

Siendo fanáticos de la naturaleza y el deporte, ya sea senderismo, ciclismo, parapente, golf, surf, Kite o windsurf, no sabíamos muy bien donde asentarnos, si junto al océano Atlántico o por el contrario próximos a la corona forestal en las faldas del Teide. En nuestra búsqueda nos topamos con San Miguel, un pequeño pueblo con mucho encanto, lejos del bullicio, pero con todos los servicios al alcance de la mano. Ahora con perspectiva estamos seguros de haber hallado el equilibrio perfecto.

We live in a villa with its own independent flat which we are letting for holidays. The flat has its own private terrace, with 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and a living room with a sofa bed and American style kitchen area. We have a community pool, to which you will receive your own key on arrival. We are a 5 minute drive from Los Cristianos or if you don’t want to rent a car there is a good bus route. Chayofa is a very quiet area, with nearby supermarkets, gym, tennis courts and restaurants.
