Nice one-room-appartement with a terrace in the middle of the village but surrounded by green meadows. You can easily go for a swim (just 100m to a public small beach) and from many spots you can catch a view to the lake, to Überlingen and the landing stage of Dingelsdorf - no hectic, no stress - just relax & enjoy. The appartement is not located close to the road in the middle of a garden and orchard close to the lake. View is only limited by the fruit trees - beautiful lakeview in wintertime.

Dear guests, this dreamlike flat (90m²) is located about 100m from the Beach and Yacht harbour and offers a magnificent view over the lake and its breathtaking sunsets. The apartment is on the 1st floor of our family house, which is located on the outskirts and very quiet. In the spacious kitchen there is a table with 2 benches, stove, microwave, kettle, coffee filter machine. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a bath. The toilet is seperate. In the bedroom is 1 double bed (1.80 m) and enough space for a cot. In the living room is a cozy seating area and another French bed (1.40 m).

Welcome to our 2nd home. Hidden away in the village of the old town of Ueberlingen. The cottage was completely newly renovated 2 years ago and is located in idyllic Schnürpflingen. Very private with a separate entrance. A small terrace is located behind the cottage. It is a small swimming lake in the area and large forests with many forest and hiking trails. A bakery and a beverage market are nearby and within walking distance. Nearest supermarket is 3 km away.

A lovely self-catering flat, with separate entrance, available for short breaks or longer holidays. Situated near the amazing medieval town of Stein am Rhein, only 3 min drive and 8 min walk to the fabulous Lake Constance. One bedroom with a double bed (160 cm) and a sofa-bed (160 cm) in the lounge. (No door between the two rooms.)
