Lovely, big house with swimming pool, big terraces and large garden. Perfect for 1 or 2 couples/families who want to relax. The std rate is for max 7 persons, but we will allow 10 (ask price). Quiet area. The house is located in Alburquerque about 15 min (13 km) from Tagbilaran City. The plot borders the sea! Built 2012. 30 minutes from Panglao/Alona/Airport and close to all Bohol's touristspots. 3 bedrooms with A/C, 3 bathrooms with shower (2 with HOT water). 220 sqm. Very clean pool. Welcome!

House of the Rising Sun.This is a unique place consist with native materials, furniture and art work. A very quiet neighborhood and the heart of Panglao. We are in the exact center of Panglao so it's easy to travel to different destinations. All the beautiful attractions including Alona beach is only 10 minutes travel by car,van,taxi.The swimming pool and the backyard is spectacular design with beautiful furniture and local art works. We also have a nice area for kids in the swimming pool .
