Main Channel Manor at Lake Barkley is a beautifully renovated, 7-bedroom 7 bath waterfront rental home overlooking Lake Barkley. Main Channel Manor will accommodate multi-family, friend gatherings, reunions, golf outings, wedding parties and corporate retreats; as it will sleep up to 22 people in 12 beds with plenty of space for everyone to spread out in 7750 square feet of space featuring three living areas with smart TVs. The main kitchen has new stainless appliances, and is fully stocked for families who enjoy cooking. A propane gas grill is also provided. The eat-in kitchen provides a large island that seats 6 plus table seating for 10. A spacious deck has a dining table for 6 and beautiful outdoor seating and gas fire table to add to sunsets and evening relaxation. There is additional dining space at the game table in the basement seating 8.The property has a gently sloped yard that has steps leading to private shoreline . Main Channel Manor is located in the popular Blue Springs area of Lake Barkley, just minutes for Lake Barkley State Marina. Enjoy your morning coffee while watching the deer play at the water's edge, or catch a glimpse of the famous Bald Eagles and Great White Pelicans as they soar across the lake. Entire Waterfront Home - 6 Bed/4.5 Baths

This place has got it all. From the amazing lake front views & access, a private dock, space for several families to sleep and seating to dine. Did we mention we have an extra slip at our dock for your boat? We have an amazing deck, water toys, plenty of board games, and a fire pit. Our home is directly across the bay from the beautiful Lake Barkley Resort where you can put in 18 holes of golf, take the kids horseback riding, or relax with a few cocktail in the restaurant or bar.

Beautiful Log Cabin on a 2 Acre waterfront lot, the backyard slopes gently to the water. Easy access to the water & boat dock for kayaking, swimming, etc. Bring your boat and use our dock. You can drive down close to the water's edge making it ideal for those having difficulty walking down steep slopes. The cabin has 4 bed rm (1K, 2Q, 4T), loft has 3 T & F size futon. TV rm has Q pull out and 3 foldout T. 3 full baths & Laundry. We recently slept 22 at our family reunion.

We are located minutes from awesome fishing, Turkey bay, Lake Barkley Marina, golf, and hunting. If that’s not for you bring your bike and running shoes, numerous trails and biking areas available. There is a boat ramp within 1-2 miles from cabin. Plenty of room to park boat and trailers. No Pets.

Lakeview Getaway 1 is across the street from Lake Barkley. Easy access to main highway. Enjoy antiquing in historic Cadiz, visit the Planetarium or Bison Prairie. Try horseback riding, biking, hiking on and off paved trails, kayaking, the best fishing around with boat rental and ramp nearby. Land Between the Lakes will entertain your whole family year round. You can also rent the house next door, perfect for families vacationing together that need more room. Message for info.

The Relaxation Station/No additional pet fees

Take a deep breath and relax in this home located on the Muddy Fork Little River. There are two acres of wooded, totally private, and serene but steep land (backyard only). Perfect for the outdoor enthusiast or a quick getaway. Relax on the large wood deck with an outdoor dining table, while grilling out on the Weber charcoal grill (charcoal not provided), or enjoy your morning coffee while you watch the eagles soar above and the crazy amount of deer dash through the yard.
