In the midst of green pine trees, sea - blue sky, and breath - taking view on mountains, village and the Mediterranean Sea, you will find villa El Carasol. This detached villa with swimming pool is located on 1.200 m² ground, in the middle of a forested hiking area. From the villa you have a beautiful view on the sea, the port, the mountain Montgó, and the village Jávea. The house is ideal for four people coming to vacation in Spain. The house has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The rooms has four real beds The beach and village are easily accessible by car. One can choose between several sand, pebble, and rock beaches. Jávea has its own golf club, tennis club and manage. Bicycles can be rented at the port, which also contains a sailing school. This lovely spot filled with sunshine is the ideal place to relax and enjoy the holiday feeling at the Costa Blanca.

SUPERIOR: 2 habitaciones, baño, gran salón, cocina-comedor, terraza comedor con vistas al mar y piscina, terraza chill-out con vistas al Montgó y mar. INFERIOR: 2 habitaciones, 2 baños, sala con tv, cocina, terraza interior, terraza comedor junto a piscina. Gran jardín con esterlicias, bambú y una cama elástica gigante. La piscina tiene 10x4m y una zona de 8m2 que no cubre. Espacio chill-out junto a la piscina. Zona de BBQ

The villa is located in a heavenly place between the sea and the mountains. There is an immense forest at 500m for those who like hiking. The terrace is very large with pergola and barbecue, 9x4.5.. Beautiful ocean views from the house, and solarium with more views. Beaches 3km away, 4km away, shops 3km. Bars and restaurants 1km away.. Ideal for families looking for tranquility. Suitable for remote work with a 50mg washable wiffi at 100mg. Very comfortable also in winter with pellet fireplace.

The Guest House, Elegance in Javea Old Town.

The Guest House is in a lovely garden with carp pond and pool. It is self contained with its own access from a quiet road. It is situated in Javea Old Town and you can walk to the old church and indoor food market in 5 mins and to Javea Port (and beach) in 15 mins. There are excellent restaurants and tapas bars within a short walk. Public transport is a short walk away. Tennis and Golf facilities and a choice of many more excellent beaches are a short drive away. Spanish lessons are available.

Residencial Toscamar is an exclusive place with charm and has all amenities (free parking, swimming pools, sports areas and information desk at the front desk). The house. The cottage (built between 1910- 1920) is one of the few traditional Mediterranean style buildings in the area that has been preserved and has not been demolished in order to build apartment blocks. The spirit of the house is humble and simple, although, from the first moment you cross the entrance gate, it invades you. This unique character is appreciated in every detail around you and in every corner of the house.
