Arredato con estrema cura e dotato di ogni confort, anche di una biblioteca a disposizione per rilassarsi con un buon libro a fine giornata , dispone di 2 camere da letto e 2 bagni e una cucina completamete attrezzata con un delizioso balcone. La prima camera da letto ha un ampio letto matrimoniale e un comodo letto singolo.La seconda camera da letto ha 2 ampi letti singoli. Ogni camera dispone del proprio bagno interno privato , di aria condizionata di TV LCD e INTERNET Wi-Fi gratuito. Feel at Home in This Charming, Central Appartamento

Sip espresso in the cozy kitchen of this renovated apartment, with balcony, set in an early 20th-century building. Original floor tiles add old-world charm to the contemporary decor personalized by yellow accents and vintage photos of city sites. Brand new, bright second floor flat. As you enter you are welcomed by a spacious and well lighten corridor with doors to the main bedroom, the spacious kitchen and the living room. This flat fit comfortably 4 people: the main bedroom has a king size bed that can be used as 2 single beds while the living room has a 4 seater sofa bed with an exceptionally comfortable mattress. The kitchen has a small balcony. There is plenty of storage and cleanliness is at the top of our priorities !!! The entire flat We are helping our guests from the moment they enquire about how to get to our flat from airport or train stations, to the welcoming day, throughout their stay with tips for local restaurants or hidden gems of the city, until their checkout to make sure they can find the quickest way to their next destination. We speak fluently both English and French and having often travelled abroad ourselves, we know what it means to be a tourist and how good it feels to be welcomed and guided into a new city by the locals. We are very happy to meet people from all different countries and nationalities. Located in trendy Prati, the apartment is close to buses and metro stations for easy accessibility to city landmarks. The neighborhood is known for its array of shops, cafes, and restaurants. The Spanish Steps are a 15-minute walk. The closest underground station is Lepanto and it is only 5 minutes away from the flat. This takes you to where ever you need in Rome but buses are also very convenient and the closest bus stop in Via Ferrari ( 2 minutes away from our flat) gets you to the city centre in less then 15 minutes. For example: Spanish steps are 15 minutes away by bus. Colosseum is 25 minutes away by underground. Piazza Navona is 12 minutes away by bus. The Vatican museums are 20 minutes away on foot passing by Via dei Gracchi where you find the most delicious ice cream in Rome as voted by the Romans: Gelateria dei Gracchi.

The building is equipped with an elevator. The area of Campo De’ Fiori is one of the nicest in the old center of Rome and it's famous for its fascinating ancient and colorful market, the great choice of traditional restaurants and lively cafes and the art galleries and charming shops. The apartment location is perfect for travelling on foot to all the major sites as like Piazza Navona, the Pantheon, Largo Argentina, Colosseum, the Roman Forum, Via Del Corso, Piazza d’Spagna, Trevi Fountain and Trastevere and other archeological sites, museum and monuments.
