Delizioso e ampio bilocale appena ristrutturato, vicino al centro storico della città, raggiungibile comodamente a piedi in 7 minuti. La zona è molto fornita, a due passi da supermercati, farmacie e bar. Si trova sempre parcheggio gratis. Il mare è raggiungibile in auto/motorino in 5minuti o con il trenino che collega il centro storico alla zona di tonnarella. Ampia stanza da letto con letto matrimoniale e un letto singolo. L’appartamento è dotato di tutti comfort anche per soggiorni lunghi.

This Unit has a spectacular view of the entire golf. Well exposed to light and always bright and well ventilated. The surroundings are very quiet and will allow you to enjoy and relax by the terrace. Sunsets are amazing, the perfect setting for a romantic or valuable family time. The sandy beach is 400 mt away, perfect for a nice walk and swim first thing in the morning.Also it feels great to wake up with the aromatic smell of cornetti and hot rolls the bread man brings every morning!
