Located in a small, friendly community just 7 mi from Cornell & downtown Ithaca, The Nest is a 1,200 sq-foot, 1-bedroom, apartment ideal for 2 or 3, but can accommodate more upon request. No pets. Bright and comfortable, with large well-appointed kitchen, high-end appliances, bath w/ huge shower, 50" TV, cable internet, large back yard, and onsite parking. We're located on a limited bus route but it's also a quick and direct 10-min drive to Ithaca and Cornell, and a 20-min drive to Greek Peak.

Hayt's Chapel

Hayts Chapel, on a beautiful and private half acre has a large open space with hardwood floors, high ceilings, partitioned bedroom, full bathroom, and kitchen. Large old windows with wavy glass let in tons of light, but insulated attic keeps it cool. Outdoors has an eating area, stone fire pit, and plenty of parking. Close to downtown, gorges, wineries and u-pick farms, this quiet setting with relaxing ambiance is a wonderful space for a home-base while visiting Ithaca and the Fingerlakes!

Comfortable & spacious 1 bedroom apartment with en-suite bathroom in the East Hill Historic District, perfect for a couple or close family group. This private, spacious, light filled loft (entire top floor) used to be Alice H. Cook’s house. Has floor to ceiling windows, overlooks private pond, a sauna you may use, large garden and woods - the open, uncluttered space and tranquil surroundings are relaxing. Near hiking/biking/running/ski trails, brewery, vineyard, golf course. A queen bed in main area+ twin bed at the opposite end. Safe, quiet, surrounded by nature, wrap-around deck - a peaceful, private setting.

Tiny, romantic, timber frame

Unplugged (no WiFi) and peaceful. We provide breakfast foods. Unfortunately we cannot provide fresh breakfasts at this time, to keep our prices the same, with inflation. We hope to again in the future, if the current costs go down. A family built, tiny, timber frame. We are in a farming community, and several Amish farms dot our road. Please drive slow for children and animals. Please book both weekend nights during weekend stays, May-Oct. Thank you!

This apartment is located in the basement of a family home. It is a self-contained private unit with a separate entrance, full kitchen, bathroom with shower and washer/dryer and a living space. The property is fenced and has a pool for use in the summer and a pond with fish to feed. Friendly dogs are welcome (the owners have a friendly beagle-basset who loves to meet other dogs). Please note that we have ducks who free range in the yard.
