Welcome to this newly renovated house in the heart of Skärhamn. The house is walking distance to the swimming area, harbor and bus stop with connection to Gothenburg. On the first floor of the house there is the living room and kitchen. The upstairs contains a larger bedroom with two beds and sea view, a smaller bedroom with a bed & junior bed, toilet and living room with one bed. At the patio there is an exit point to a viewpoint with magnificent views of Skärhamn and the Western Ocean. Free car parking is available outside the house.

Villa Hällene is a modern wooden house, located next to the famous Pilane sculpture park in pristine rocky landscape. The house is very bright and surrounded by a large wooden terrace with dining and sunbathing areas and a sauna. The house has an open-plan cooking, dining and living area that is open to the roof. On a gallery on the second floor is a second large living room. The nearest bathing site with a small beach and cliffs can be reached in 10 minutes by bike (available in the house).

This is a charming and clean apartment surrounded by a beautiful garden. The perfect place to relax after discovering the island of Tjörn. 2 kilometers to the sea with nice places to swim, grocery store and pizza place. Tourist tips: From Rönnäng, take the ferry to Åstol and Dyrön, (islands with no cars). Klädesholmen and Skärhamn. Sundsby säteri, 2 km from the apartment - very good place for hiking. Stenungsund - closest shoppingcenter. Here is also several restaurants.
