Ideal for a couple, this compact, one bedroom apartment has a well equipped kitchen and double height dining/living room with French doors opening out onto a small balcony with the most amazing 180 degree views of Falmouth Harbour. Spacious, self contained, one bedroom apartment. Bright and modern basement flat to an attractive Edwardian townhouse situated just minutes walk from the train station, the beach and the town itself. Driveway parking and private entrance. Fully equipped kitchen including Nespresso machine, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and all the utensils and crockery you’ll need. Please note, access to the property is down a set of steps and may not be suitable for infirm guests.

First floor, two-bedroom apartment with a delightful view across Falmouth Harbour and the Carrick Roads. Accommodation comprises a comfortable lounge with views with bay window, well equipped kitchen, shower room and two bedrooms; one is a double bedroom, king sized bed with great harbour views, and the second if set up with two single beds. Perched above The Moor with fabulous views across the Fal estuary and Carrick Roads to St Mawes, this is a delightful spot from which to explore all that Falmouth has to offer. Just a short (steep!) walk to the quirky High Street and The Moor with their great pubs and restaurants, and a 25 minute walk to Gyllyngvase Beach (or a 5 minute drive). The flat occupies the top 2 floors of a 19th century terraced house. And it has its own parking space.

TWIN GATES ANNEXE WITH PRIVATE ENTRANCE & PARKING

The annexe is a very spacious room and tastefully furnished, which includes a super king size bed, and en- suite shower room.The annexe has its own private courtyard and off the road parking. We are within easy reach for Falmouth’s shops, restaurants, bars, cafes, and beaches, which are about 20 minutes walk. The only cooking facilities that we have is a microwave, toaster, small fridge, and tea making facilities.
