Our villa has two maids, our housekeeper is fluent in Chinese, and the villa also has a driver who can be booked for you.A security deposit of THB 12,000 is required for staying at the villa, 2 units of electricity are free of charge, free breakfast is provided, and an excess of THB 240 per unit is charged (one unit of electricity in the community is equivalent to 40 units of electricity in general).No loud parties are allowed in the villa.
