There is direct access to The National Trust Wenlock Edge Forest, with breath taking views, miles of walking trails, bridle paths and cycle routes. Much Wenlock is a 2 min drive or a short walk through the forest to quaint shops and pubs. Shrewsbury, Iron bridge, Ludlow, Buildwas Abbey, Church Stretton, The Wrekin are some of the places within a short drive.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful abode. Situated in the Shropshire countryside, not only do we have some lovely walks close by we are also a 10-15 minute car journey away from the local train stations, where Birmingham, Shrewsbury and other towns are easily accessible. Weston Park is just 10 miles away for those visiting events and festivals. Staying local to the Villages there are a few pubs and coffee shops. For those seeking a little fresh air, a nice long walk will get you there.

Cosy Modern Annex nestled in the Ironbridge Gorge

The Barn at Lees Farm is Nestled in the centre of the UNESCO World Heritage Site - The Ironbridge Gorge. This rural retreat offers annex accommodation attached to a the barn dating from 1830. Fantastic position for Geo-caching, Walking, Mountain Biking and Canoeing. Ironbridge is a 35 minute walk away and there are pubs close by but I would suggest Summer walking distance or a lunchtime visit if walking. It is very peaceful and relaxing. The compact kitchen (microwave, no oven) allows to eat at home but we are also five minutes walk from Newport High Street with an ever growing option of cafes, restaurants and pubs as well as Waitrose.
