Centrally located house with garden.

Nice house with garden 400 m from downtown, a three-minute walk from the restaurant and shopping area. Very quiet and quiet area, easy to park. 10 minutes by car from the beaches, including Las Catedrales. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs. Two of the bedrooms have double beds and the other two twin beds. On the ground floor is the living room, a toilet and the kitchen, with access to the garden that surrounds the house, it is private and is fully enclosed.

It has capacity for five guests, for which it has 3 rooms, 2 are double, with two beds each and 1 with a bed. It has 2 full bathrooms, living room, and fully equipped kitchen.
