Casa teo is a spacious and airy space overlooking a well-equipped sunny garden. Enjoy a view of the sea as far as the eye can see, directly on the Cyclops Riviera. The decor is essential and elegant, simple but functional, every detail well cared for. The apartment , almost entirely facing the sea, is a recent renovation of a house from the early 1900s : -the dining/living area overlooks the garden directly and is equipped for every need -the double bedroom has an exclusive bathroom -a additional living room has two sofa beds and another bathroom. Parking is private, as is the descent to the Scardamiano di AciCastello promenade, full of bathing establishments equipped with every service. You can walk to the center of Acitrezza in a few minutes.

Very romantic on a cliff, overlooking the Bay of Mazzaro', with sweeping views of coast of Sicily and Calabria, grand wrapping terrace/garden, interior completely renovated and continuously updated, air conditioning and heating, 2 bathrooms, dishwasher, washer. 2 sleeping quarters the main one is a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom the second is an alcove off the living room with 2 twin beds or a king size bed, the access is through a retractable step ladder (for children, and agile people).
