Comfortable house located 7 minutes from Tandil city centre. Wide layout, ideal for resting. It has a private garage and quincho with grill. It has a laundry room, two bathrooms (one of them with a bathtub, ideal for a relaxing moment). A double bedroom downstairs and two simple upstairs. Large kitchen and dining room. Super bright!
