Are Tikioki: Beach Bach of Tikioki

Our beach house is across the road from a beautiful beach which is great for walks, snorkelling or snoozing. The house is casual island living - think of it like a family Crib / Bach! Bedrooms are upstairs and are small but comfortable and functional. Downstairs is open plan with sliding doors to capture the breeze. There is also a big shady balcony. Views to the mountains and a 250m walk to the lagoon. As with all homes in the tropics there are some wild life such as chickens and small geckos!

Muri skies - Tranquil home, luxurious and private.

Soak in the warmth of this modern studio unit, beautiful cosy interior with full kitchen. This property has large private covered decks. Very quite cul-de-sac residential area which backs on to native tropical forest with lots of native bird life. Wild mango trees run down a small stream on the south side of the property, which you are most welcome to pick and eat when they are in season, we have bananas, lemons, breadfruit, soursop just to name a few on the property which we are happy to share

Surf Mist. Two bedrooms, pool, walk to the beach.

Surf Mist holiday home is a modern island home with a pool, set amongst tropical gardens in a quiet location. It is spacious, comfortable and clean. Bedrooms on either side of the house have AC, ceiling fans, and ensuite, separated by a large living area in the middle ensuring everyone has privacy and lots of space. A fully equipped kitchen, BBQ, and laundry. Very short walk to the beach, supermarket, cafes, and restaurants. We have a 'no children' policy due to pool safety.

Nestled away from the main road we invite you to your home away from home with modern features and comforts, ceiling fans in each bedroom and family area to cool you during those hot days and nights. A large covered deck to hide away from the sun or dine in the evenings using the BBQ provided. Also an uncovered deck area to soak up the sun. A freshwater creek flows by the house to explore or try your hand at catching prawns.

Both units are Open studios each with its own plunge pool, king size bed, bed couch and washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, Unlimited internet service. Imagine waking up to the gentle sound of waves lapping at the shore, stepping out onto your private deck to catch breathtaking sunsets and Relax in a piece and quiet area. The best part is having the beach literally at your doorstep. Apologies, we will not allow children to stay here - for safety reasons.

The bungalow is located on Tikioki Beach, at the southern end of Muri Beach and has the advantages of being on the ’right’ side of the island without being in the centre of the Muri Beach developed area. The best restaurants and other attractions are a comfortable walk down the beach, while privacy is assured. The wide lagoon in front of the bungalow is on the edge of a large marine reserve, with the best snorkeling on Rarotonga.

"Anchors Aweigh" well appointed & Family friendly

Lovely modern house with all the mod cons needed for that home away from home holiday. High ceilings giving it that lovely light airy feeling. Set on a large lawn and tropical gardens with a large 9 meter pool with cabana. A huge covered deck to enjoy those balmy evenings with a beer, wine or a cocktail. Equipped with modern furniture and art, the beach theme is followed through the house with beach blues and greens.

Teres Residence is a large spacious 4 bedroom home just 200 meters from one of the best beaches on Rarotonga, great for Snorkeling and swimming.
