Relax with your family in this cozy home. The house is located at the end of a closed road with its own driveway and large garden. while the adults relax on the terrace, the children can play on the trampoline or in the playhouse. Should you want a dip, the house is located about 300m from Roskilde fjord, with a jetty and mini beach for the little ones. The house is located about 20 km from Roskilde, Frederiksund and Holdbæk, and it is a good 45 minutes drive to Copenhagen. Electricity is NOT in the rent. (see other info)

Cozy little apartment (annex) with its own entrance and exit to garden with barbecue and garden furniture. The apartment: a bedroom with 2 really good box- mattresses, which serve as a double bed or single beds. Both winter and summer duvets are extra long. Combi living room/kitchen, hallway and small bathroom with walk-in shower. There is private guest parking and bicycles available. Close to lovely Kattegat with beach access from the landowner's beach grounds. Note: due to dog allergy no pets. Sorry.

You can live in this private, modern and charming aparment, close to the airport ( 3 km - 5 min. Car ), with your own entrance, and key box for easy check-in. From 1 to 4 persons. There are 2 bedrooms, a living room with a sleeping couch, and a modern kitchen with washer and dryer. The bathroom is renovated and new. The apartment is 80 m2 and in the lower part of the house, totally separated and quiet. There is a beautiful courtyard with table and chairs where you can enjoy your privacy.

Cozy and modern house of 105 m2 in Smørum in a green area outside Copenhagen. The house is 12 minutes walk from Måløv S-train station, that will take you to Copenhagen Central Station in 28 minutes. You will have company of Mr. Svendsen, a sleepy cat. He comes and goes as it pleases him through a cat door, but mostly he is just sleeping. We expect that you will take as good care of Mr. Svendsen as you will of our home.

Lovely wooden house of 100 sqm: two nice rooms, large living room with open kitchen. Floor heating everywhere plus a wood-burning stove for cozy moments in the living room, where you meet around the cooking island. Lots of light and large 3000 sqm garden where the deer meet, which you can sit and watch. Ideal as a commuter home from Monday to Friday for e.g. craftsmen.

Cozy apartment by the forest

Velkommen til min hyggelig lejlighed tæt ved skoven, 2km til stranden og tæt på Vallø slot. Jeg bor i stueetagen, hvor vi deler badeværelset. Selvom jeg ikke er særlig god til engelsk, prøver jeg mit bedste for at give dig den bedste oplevelse. Vær opmærksom på at trappen til taglejligheden er meget stejl.
