Delightful, very large (approximately 70 m2) and welcoming apartment on the first floor of a historic building in the heart of Ortigia, 50 meters from the sea. Private bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet. A double bed and a sofa bed, which can accommodate up to 4 people; work corner for those who need to use a laptop. Large living room with sofa and flat TV. Ultra-fast wi-fi fiber connection. Full kitchen with coffee corner, electric kettle, oven and microwave. Possibility of bike parking.
