Lovely small town apartment with terrace in Svendborg C

At one end of the old Karetmagergaard from about 1777, you can stay right in the middle of the city and only 200 meters from Svendborg city center. You are close to city life, harbour, cultural life & the very special South Funen nature. The apartment has a small bedroom with a 120 cm bed and a double sofa bed can be made up in the living room. There is a fully equipped kitchen, private entrance, toilet and bath, and there is a small sunny terrace in the yard. There is 24 hours free parking on the road, and it is almost always possible to find a place.

The house welcomes you in the spacious entrance hall, with plenty of closet space, bedroom with 2 single beds and closet space, bathroom with shower, well-equipped kitchen and living room with wood-burning stove and heat pump. Large terrace with grill. In the secluded courtyard environment is access to a room with bed (140x200cm. ), closet space, electric radiator. There is a secluded outdoor shower. Our private 42sqm guesthouse was previously designed as a “Man Cave” in the middle of an old farm house. It is situated in a beautiful nature, quiet and peaceful with fresh air and low pollution country side - it is very simple and nothing fancy like hotels so lower your expectations. Cozy older apartment of 55 sqm located in the middle of charming Thurø with a short distance to the water in all directions. The apartment, located on the ground floor, has a lovely private patio. Here you can enjoy the sun most of the day. The apartment is well-stocked with cooking utensils, good pots, etc. The home is in a nice old cinema consisting of two levels.
