Located in the heart of NW Bend in the middle of it all! A short walk to great restaurants + pubs, the river, Amphitheater, Downtown, 3 Parks, The Old Mill -but on a nice quiet street. Well worth the price, it sleeps a comfortable 4 and a cozy 6 with a comfty Queen bed in one room, and pine bunk bed in other room (full bed on bottom and top with cozy mattresses). Large enclosed yard for the pets and patio with Hot tub! The home is well stocked, tastefully furnished with high quality bedding.

Our beautiful 1900 sq. ft. Home, is the perfect spot for your vacation. Our kitchen has every gadget, and upscale appliances to create gourmet meals. King master upstairs, and 2 queen bedrooms down, share a bathroom. We have bikes and ping pong and TV in the garage. A Weber BBQ on the deck, with a sparkling, bubbling hot tub. Decks face both east and west, so morning sun, and evening sunsets. Dog friendly! (2 dog limit). Warm up by our big fireplace after a fun day skiing at Mt. Bachelor.

Great home to come and enjoy beautiful Sunriver. Located on the northern side of town and close to Benham Falls Trail, the river, Woodlands Golf Course and 20 minutes from Bend. You can easily drive or bike to the SHARC, Village or horse stables. The house offers 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths and a private hot tub! Great space to visit with friends and family out on the deck or in the open living room. *** NO SHARC PASSES*** We allow dogs ONLY but have a 2 dog limit. There is a $50 pet fee.
